This portfolio presents a selection of documentary and travel photography produced over more than fifteen years of assignments, long-term projects and editorial commissions. The images were created in over thirty countries and reflect work carried out in varied environments, under real and unscripted conditions.
My approach is straightforward: understand the context, observe carefully and photograph what is happening without staging or interference. I work with natural light and real situations, prioritising clarity, accuracy and a direct reading of the moment. The aim is to document people, places and environments as they are, with attention to atmosphere, relationships and the broader story in front of the camera.
The portfolio is organised into clear categories — photojournalism, travel photography, Porto, weddings and corporate — allowing editors, clients and curators to review the type of work most relevant to their needs. Each section includes material produced for newspapers and magazines, public institutions, commercial clients and personal documentary projects.
For those looking to commission photography, this page offers a concise overview of my working method, consistency and ability to operate effectively in fast-moving or complex situations. Many of the images are available for editorial licensing, and selected photographs can be acquired as fine art prints or included in custom collections.
This portfolio is not a complete record of all assignments; it is a focused representation of how I work — direct, attentive and committed to producing honest visual narratives.
